Jeremy Ensor

Jeremy has worked in senior retail management roles for luxury retailers and leading visitor attractions for over 30 years, including buyer and department manager at Selfridges, London and leading the new store roll-out programme for Heal’s, UK.
He has delivered significant business growth to the commercial operations of key national institutions, both in his role of Head of Retail and Licensing at the Natural History Museum, London, and as Commercial Director at The Ashmolean Museum and Oxford University Museums, responsible for leading the strategy for Retail, Catering, Events, Publishing and Licensing departments.
Since joining Wild Republic Retail as Managing Director in 2014 he has increased the business three-fold, using his experience and expertise in visitor attractions to maximise visitor spend and conversion.
Ashleigh King

Ashleigh has spent the last twenty years delivering profit growth for retail businesses on the high street and in the cultural sector.
Previous roles include Senior Buyer at House of Fraser Department Stores, Head of Retail at Bodleian Libraries, Oxford and Head of Retail Strategy & Operations at NMSI encompassing the management of all retail activity at the Science Museum (London), Railway Museum (York) and Media Museum (Bradford).
Throughout her career, Ashleigh has collaborated and developed product ranges with a variety of global brand partners including Harrods, Disney, Aardman, and Sony Entertainment, fully appreciating the importance of balancing both the needs of key stakeholders and target audiences.
